Appointment Etiquette


I require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment.  Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments … as a courtesy, a confirmation text is sent 96-hours in advance and a text reminder 24-hours in advance.

Cancellation/Reschedules fees are as follows:

24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee. 
Less than 24-hours notice = 100% of reserved service(s). 
No notice given (no show) = 100% of the reserved service(s)

No Show

Due to “no-shows” and last minute cancellations, a credit card is required to hold your reservations.  If you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, Catalina Esthetics reserves the right to charge 100% of the service(s) reserved to your credit card. Please respect my time.

Repeat Offenders

In the circumstance that a client has 2 consecutive ‘less than 24 hour cancellation or reschedules,’ their next appointment will require a 100% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit before rebooking.

In the circumstances that a client has a history of 2 ‘no shows’ they will no longer be able to book appointments with Catalina Esthetics.

Late Arrivals

Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it’s important to be punctual.  Enough time is reserved so you can change clothes, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your experience without worries.

If you are less than 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price.  More than 10 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and charged 100% of the services booked.

Card on File

By having a card on file, you are giving Catalina Esthetics permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, reschedule, and/or ‘no show’.

All new appointments are required to be booked online so that a card can be added under the clients account. If a new guest calls to book an appointment over the phone, they will be redirected to the booking site.

Guest/Child Policy

 Catalina Esthetics allows only 1 guest in the studio/treatment room at a time. No second person or children are allowed in the studio/treatment room during your appointment.
